Design Process

Once you have selected an item or compiled a list, contact us with your needs and description in full detail. A response will be made within 48 business hours. You will be given your project start date and a price quote.  Item(s) must be paid in full or arranged deposit must be made before start date, if more time is needed please contact immediately for extension (next available spot).  You will also be given a questionnaire to gather all information that is needed, this must also be completed before start date.

For custom web designs, you will need to register your domain and hosting. Please see Compatible Carts.

Your first proof will be sent within 10 business days [print] 15 business days [web] of your start date. At this time, you review and make any changes needed. We ask that you be as honest as you can with your input, love or hate, we are tough – we can take it!

Your second proof will be sent within 7 business days [print & web] with the changes made. Changes or final approval is needed.

Once approved and full payments are made, your site will be installed and/or files transferred. We will continue to work with you after install for another few days to make sure you are comfortable with the controls and everything is running smoothly.
