Yes! Retainers are month-to-month, giving you flexibility. Simply provide 30 days’ notice to cancel, and your service will end at the conclusion of that month.
Since work begins immediately at the start of each month, fees are non-refundable. However, you can cancel at the end of any month with 30 days’ notice, and I’ll stop billing moving forward.
Absolutely! If a project needs faster-than-usual turnaround, I can prioritize it within your plan’s active task limit. Rush requests are billed at an additional 15–25% of your monthly retainer:
